    Had just a few extra minutes to spare before an appointment. Decided to stop by and get a sub from this location. I was in, out, done in 5 minutes. If you don't have a lot of time -- this place is perfect. I got my order and drink and got right back on the road!

    The location itself is right by the highway so it's super convenient. It's also pretty clean in there and both employees I dealt with were very kind. No complaints!

    DO NOT GET DELIVERY!!
    Order 2 subs and 2 chips for delivery as I couldn't pick up. This location is only 8 minutes away from me and it took 40 minutes..
    I called them at 12:15 to find out what was going on and they gave me the same excuse as always, the delivery person just left with your order and it'll be there shortly.
    How can an 10 minute delivery take so long?

    Subs are great! But this delivery service needs to be fixed ASAP as I'm reading more people complaining about delivery.

    Jimmy Johns is not freaky fast..

    Delivery has been exceptionally late literally 4 times. The driver was also very rude to me over the phone because he could not find the address. Got my sandwich late today to find out that there was an inedible amount of avocado spread all over the sandwich. It was literally disgusting. Also the lettuce/bread was wet and I didnt get any tomatoes on it. How does that even happen??? Shame on you JJ'S... very disappointed in the service and quality. Will be advising all of my coworkers to stay far away from this location.

    Ordered a sandwich and two drinks from this location. They delivered 40 minutes late. The driver called and apologized and said they were short staffed. When my food arrived, it REEKED of cigarettes. Completely inedible. I threw it out and called the store. They apologized and said they would remake the order. I asked for a different driver. The man on the phone said he would try to make that happen. Food was delivered and it was the SAME DRIVER. My food smelled like cigarettes AGAIN. the driver asked me for the old sandwich so I had to fish it out of the trash and give it to him. Needless to say, I threw out this second order and am just confused and annoyed. GO TO A DIFFERENT JIMMY JOHNS LOCATION. THIS ONE IS DISGUSTING.

    I love this Jimmy Johns location! Always polite and friendly on the phone and ready fast service! I've been to many JJs but this one tops the rest with their customer service! They've never gotten an order wrong and always repeat the order to make sure. The ingredients are fresh and delicious.  Thanks Rowling Road JJs! T
